Join us for Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer® Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
December 20 & 21, 2025, at NYTEX Sports Centre

Cancer knows no bounds of gender, age, or race - it impacts everyone.  In 2025, more than 2 million new cancer cases will be diagnosed in the US alone, and 618,120 people will die.  That's more than 1 person every minute dying because of this terrible disease.

The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation (CARES) is proud to partner with NYTEX Sports Centre to present Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer® Dallas-Fort Worth!  Proceeds from this event will support CARES' national cancer research and their healthcare partners, to be announced

Here's How You Can Get Involved!

Participate and Fundraise
1) Register for $35 to start fundraising and receive your Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer® t-shirt.  We'll celebrate your efforts with items from our recognition program, and you can earn special Dallas-Fort Worth-only incentives, including opportunities to appear in our Celebration Ice Show!

2) Grow our community by asking your family and friends to sign up with you or donate to your page.  Post about why supporting cancer research matters to you and invite others to join you on social media!

3) Fundraise for cancer research!  Every dollar you raise supports critical cancer research through CARES and our healthcare partners at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

3) Celebrate with us at our supporting events!  For event-by-event details, see below.

Support a Participant by Donating
When you donate to a participant's fundraising goal, you are not only supporting them but providing crucial funding for cancer research.   The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation funds cancer research at NCI-accredited facilities across the nation, and we are proud to work with our healthcare partners, UT Southwestern Medical Center.
