Join us for Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer ™ at Snoopy's Home Ice
November 2 & 3, 2024
Cancer knows no bounds of gender, age, or race - it impacts everyone. In 2024 a little more than 2 million new cancer cases will be diagnosed in the US alone, and 611,720 people will die. That's more than 1 person every minute dying because of this terrible disease.
The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation (CARES) is proud to partner with Snoopy's Home Ice to present the third annual Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ at Snoopy's Home Ice! Proceeds from this event will support CARES' national cancer research and our healthcare partners at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Here's How You Can Get Involved!
Participate and Fundraise
2) Grow our community by asking your family and friends to sign up with you or donate to your page. Post about why supporting cancer research matters to you and invite others to join you on social media!
3) Fundraise for cancer research! Every dollar you raise supports critical cancer research through CARES and our healthcare partners at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
3) Celebrate with us at our supporting events! For event-by-event details, see below.

The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation is dedicated to changing the future of cancer by funding advanced, innovative research that treats the cancer while sparing the patient. CARES is an established 501(c)3 and a national identity in the cancer community. CARES, which stands for Cancer Alliance for Research, Education, and Survivorship, is creating a cancer network built upon strong partnerships with leading institutions, cancer support groups, and researchers to improve the quality of life and provide better outcomes for those living with cancer.
A portion of the net proceeds from this event will stay local and support our healthcare partners at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and the North Bay Cancer Alliance in honor of Santa Rosa's own very special cartoonist, Charles Schulz.
