Individual Players must register for $35 and will receive a Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ t-shirt at tournament check-in!
Fundraise or donate a total of $200 (inclusive of your registration fee) to play in the tournament.

Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ 3v3 Hockey Tournament
October 7 & 8, 2022, at Salt Lake City Sports Complex
Pre-Registration through Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ required

Divisions: Bronze (Beginner), Silver (Intermediate to Advanced), Gold (Advanced), Over 40
Round Robin-Style Tournament
Minimum of 4 teams per division, 5-7 players + 1 goalie per team
CARES reserves the right to split divisions based on registrations
Divisions may be added based on interest - contact us
