Register to Participate and Fundraise

Through individual donations and sponsorships, participants raise money on behalf of CARES through their own networks of friends, family, coworkers, local businesses, and community supporters. Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ fundraisers culminate in an exciting On-Ice Celebration, where the community comes together to commemorate their fundraising efforts and honor those they know impacted by cancer.

By donating to a Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ participant's fundraising goal, you're not only supporting them but helping CARES fund innovative cancer research.  Locally, CARES partners with a like-minded healthcare partner in each host city who receives a portion of the event;'s net proceeds to further their mission and make an impact in their community. 

Celebrate with Us

Every Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ event includes an On-Ice Celebration, and you're invited!  Celebrations can include Frozen 5ks, Ice Shows, Hockey Tournaments, or any other on-ice event you can imagine.  Check the Event Info page to learn how you can Celebrate in your community.

Your participation, donation, and attendance to Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer™ changes the future of cancer care and provides vital funding to research experts across the nation.  Since our establishment in 2014, CARES has provided funding to 32 cancer non-profits for research, support services, and ancillary care.  By working together, we can and we will Turn Cancer Upside Down™!
