Madalyn is a passionate figure skater who finds joy both on the ice and in using her talent to support a meaningful cause. Last year, she had the honor of participating in the Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer show, an event that holds deep personal significance for her. Cancer has profoundly impacted her family—her father is a two-time cancer survivor, her great-great aunt AJ bravely fought cancer multiple times before passing in 2022, and her coach, Cheri, is also a survivor. Inspired by their resilience, Madalyn is eager to skate again to help raise awareness and funds for cancer research.

Beyond the cause, Madalyn loved the experience of skating in the same show as one of her favorite skaters, Jimmy Ma. She also had the incredible opportunity to take a class with Katia Gordeeva, Victor Petrenko, and Liza Kulik, gaining inspiration and new skills from some of the sport's greatest figures. With each glide on the ice, Madalyn continues to grow as a skater and as an advocate, determined to make an impact both in the sport and in the fight against cancer.
