Every year since I was five, I have helped raised money for cancer research. Usually as a family, we participate in Light the Night for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in memory of my grandfather (Popa). This year, I will “Skate to Eliminate Cancer” at my club, The Skating Club of Boston ALSO in memory of my Popa, Jay Mele. 🧡

If you’ve ever been affected by cancer, I know that you know cancer is no joke. The amount of people affected by this disease is insane. This is why it is so important to not only be aware of it, but help demolish it by donating to cancer research.

I am very proud of everyone who donated; although it may not seem like a big deal, your contribution provides immense help.
